Gerald M. Gossen, Jr.
Gerald founded and has been President and Managing Member of Gulf Land Structures LLC since its inception in 2007. Having started the business with a handful of living quarters and a modest amount of ancillary rental equipment, Gulf Land Structures LLC has grown to more than 100 buildings and a complete array of ancillary rental equipment. In his role as President, Gerald is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company, as well as marketing, promotion and advertising. Under his leadership, since 2008, Gulf Land Structures LLC has increased sales by nearly 800%.
Gerald is a licensed general contractor with the State of Louisiana and fourth generation contractor.
W. Bart Davis
Bart has been a Managing Member and Gulf Land Structures LLC’s Business Development Manager since July 2012, having been associated with the Company since 2010. In his primary role of Business Development, Bart is responsible for the sales of the Company, as well as exploring and adding new revenue streams and increasing the product offerings of the Company. In the six months following Bart’s assumption of his duties, revenues increased 70% over the previous six months.
Prior to joining Gulf Land Structures LLC, Bart was Senior Vice President of Sales of SunGard Data Systems, Inc., a $4 billion software and technology services company, from 2007 to 2012, and was Vice President of Sales of VeriCenter, Inc., a managed hosting service provider, from 2001 until its acquisition by SunGard in 2007. In his capacity as Vice President of Sales, Bart was responsible for business development of the company’s IT outsourcing services and solutions. His strong sales and operational leadership supported VeriCenter’s three-year growth rate of 626% producing revenues of more than $63 million.
Mr. Davis has managed high-growth, high-performing sales organizations for many years and has had held senior sales positions with Cisco Systems, Inc. and Xerox, Inc.
Bart earned his degree in finance from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
Joshua C. Vice
Joshua joined Gulf Land Structures LLC in 2014 and has more than ten years of operations and sales management experience in the living quarters and services business. He is responsible for operations and leading business development into Gulf Land Structures LLC’s markets outside the traditional offshore Gulf of Mexico markets.
Joshua attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he focused on business management. Prior to college he was enlisted in the US Army and is a decorated combat veteran who served in the initial stages of Iraqi Freedom as a reconnaissance scout attached to the 3rd Infantry and 101st Airborne Divisions.
Roger A. Ramsey
Mr. Roger A. Ramsey served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MedServe Inc. since October 2004. Mr. Ramsey founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Allied Waste Industries Inc., from October 1989 to July 1997. Prior to the MedShred and Enserv merger, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MedShred, Inc.
Beginning in 1960, he was employed by the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen LLP, where he spent eight years and was a Manager in the Tax Department. In 1968, he co-founded Browning-Ferris Industries Inc. (“BFI“) and served as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until 1976. He served as Chairman of the Board of SunGard VeriCenter, Inc. from December 1999 to August 2007. He served as the Chairman of the Board (non-executive) of Allied Waste Industries Inc. from October 1989 to December 1998.
Mr. Ramsey served as Chairman of the Board of Criterion Group, Inc. He served as a General Partner of Houston Partners, a venture capital firm. He co-founded and served as Vice Chairman of The Houstonian.
He serves as Director of MedServe, Inc. and SunGard VeriCenter, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc., since 2004. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at SoftNAS, LLC. He was a Director of WCA Waste Corporation from 2006 to 2012. He served as a Director of Allied Waste Industries, from January 1999 to December 2002 and U.S. Liquids, Inc. (USL) from 1998 to 2003. He has been a Member of the Board of Trustees of Texas Christian University since 1992. He is a Member of the Environmental Industries Association’s Management Hall of Fame.
Mr. Ramsey received a B.S. in Commerce (cum laude) from Texas Christian University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1962.
Steven Alan Webster
Mr. Steven Alan Webster, also known as Steve, Ph.D serves as an Advisory Director of TPH Asset Management, LLC. Mr. Webster serves as the President of Peregrine Management, LLC. He has been an Independent Trust Manager of Camden Property Trust since 1993. He was a Co-Managing Partner and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Avista Capital Partners III, L.P. He has been a Co-Managing Partner of Avista Capital Holdings, L.P. since July 2005 and served as its Co-Chief Executive Officer also served as its Industry Advisor. He served as an Advisory Director of Encore Bancshares, Inc., until May 12, 2011. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Falcon Drilling Company, which he founded in 1988 through 1997.
He has been the Chairman of the Board at Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. since June 1997. Mr. Webster served as a Vice Chairman of R&B Falcon until 2001 when it merged with Transocean, Inc. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of R&B Falcon Holdings, Inc., since 1991. He served as the Chairman of TODCO since July 5, 2006; Crown Resources Corp.; Summit Gas Resources, Inc., since June 2003 until March 23, 2009; Solitario Zinc Corp., since July 5, 2006 until March 2009 and Global Energy Partners, LLC From 2000 through June 2005. He serves as a Director of MedServe, Inc.; Grey Wolf, Inc.; Laredo Energy IV, LP; RBF Finance Co.; Somerset Gas Transmission Company, LLC; ETI Holdings LLC; Royal Offshore, LLC; NuPhysicia, Inc. and Appalachian Midstream Partners, LLC.
He has been a Director of Oceaneering International, Inc., since March 17, 2015; Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc., since 1993; Precision Drilling (US) Corporation since August 1996; MSW Energy Holdings II LLC since July 2004; Msw Energy Holdings LLC since July 2004 and Era Group Inc., since January 2013. Mr. Webster served as a Director of Hi-Crush GP LLC until February 17, 2015; Ponder Industries, Inc.; Crown Resources Corp., since June 2002; Summit Gas Resources, Inc., since June 2003 until March 23, 2009; Basic Energy Services, Inc. since January 2001 until December 23, 2016; R&B Falcon Holdings, Inc., since 1991; Encore Bank, National Association since Septaember 2000 and Encore Bank since November 2000. He served as a Director of Geokinetics Inc. He is a Member of Investment Committee at Avista Capital Partners IV, L.P. Mr. Webster holds an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and an Honorary Doctorate in Management from Purdue University.
