Mr. Steven Alan Webster, also known as Steve, Ph.D serves as an Advisory Director of TPH Asset Management, LLC. Mr. Webster serves as the President of Peregrine Management, LLC. He has been an Independent Trust Manager of Camden Property Trust since 1993. He was a Co-Managing Partner and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Avista Capital Partners III, L.P. He has been a Co-Managing Partner of Avista Capital Holdings, L.P. since July 2005 and served as its Co-Chief Executive Officer also served as its Industry Advisor. He served as an Advisory Director of Encore Bancshares, Inc., until May 12, 2011. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Falcon Drilling Company, which he founded in 1988 through 1997.

He has been the Chairman of the Board at Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. since June 1997. Mr. Webster served as a Vice Chairman of R&B Falcon until 2001 when it merged with Transocean, Inc. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of R&B Falcon Holdings, Inc., since 1991. He served as the Chairman of TODCO since July 5, 2006; Crown Resources Corp.; Summit Gas Resources, Inc., since June 2003 until March 23, 2009; Solitario Zinc Corp., since July 5, 2006 until March 2009 and Global Energy Partners, LLC From 2000 through June 2005. He serves as a Director of MedServe, Inc.; Grey Wolf, Inc.; Laredo Energy IV, LP; RBF Finance Co.; Somerset Gas Transmission Company, LLC; ETI Holdings LLC; Royal Offshore, LLC; NuPhysicia, Inc. and Appalachian Midstream Partners, LLC.

He has been a Director of Oceaneering International, Inc., since March 17, 2015; Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc., since 1993; Precision Drilling (US) Corporation since August 1996; MSW Energy Holdings II LLC since July 2004; Msw Energy Holdings LLC since July 2004 and Era Group Inc., since January 2013. Mr. Webster served as a Director of Hi-Crush GP LLC until February 17, 2015; Ponder Industries, Inc.; Crown Resources Corp., since June 2002; Summit Gas Resources, Inc., since June 2003 until March 23, 2009; Basic Energy Services, Inc. since January 2001 until December 23, 2016; R&B Falcon Holdings, Inc., since 1991; Encore Bank, National Association since Septaember 2000 and Encore Bank since November 2000. He served as a Director of Geokinetics Inc. He is a Member of Investment Committee at Avista Capital Partners IV, L.P. Mr. Webster holds an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and an Honorary Doctorate in Management from Purdue University.
