Gulf Land Structures maintains a HVAC & Refrigeration division comprised of the highest trained technicians in the industry that provide repairs, planned maintenance, replacements, and new construction installations. Our technicians receive more than 50 hours of factory training per year and are standing by 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ready to serve your HVAC/R needs. Gulf Land Structures LLC’s HVAC team can handle virtually every scope of HVAC in the offshore, industrial or commercial industries. We perform basic maintenance of equipment, duct cleaning and sanitizing, service and repair of A/C systems, ventilation systems, heating and refrigeration all the way to complete replacement of the existing system. We are also experienced in designing and building explosion proof HVAC and pressurization systems to meet Class I, Division 1 & 2 (Zone 1 & 2) and NFPA 496 applications. Some of the specific areas we specialize in are but not limited to:

  • HVAC systems located in hazardous areas Class I, Division II, Groups B, C, & D (Zone 2) as per NEC and NFPA.
